Choose the stage you require


Stage one: £79 inc. Soon as we are instructed, we will draft and serve a section 21, or a section 8 notice with the relevant tenancy breaches on to your tenant. It does not matter where you, or your tenant live, we are able to deal with it. At this stage the tenant may leave before the notice expires.

Stage two: £560 inc. Should the tenant not leave, we then prepare the court papers and lodge them in the court. We pay the court fees. We bear the cost to instruct a barrister who will attend court and plead your claim. Normally a fourteen day possession order is granted.

In very rare cases, when the 14 day court order has expired the tenant may not have left. In such a case we can then arrange court appointed bailiffs to eject the tenant. The cost of this is £180 inc.
